I work with adults navigating life transitions, neurodivergent experience (including autism, ADHD, and HSP), and anxiety, with a focus on restoring coherence in the nervous system.
The people who tend to find me are thoughtful and self-aware, yet notice patterns that don’t shift through insight alone. A fast mind, a sensitive system, or years of adaptation can leave the body holding more than it needs to.
My work goes beyond the thinking mind. Through somatic therapy, we support the body’s capacity to soften, reorganize, and move at its own pace. You don’t need a plan or a polished story to begin — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
