Brainspotting is a powerful, mind-body therapy that helps you identify and process traumatic or emotionally charged experiences stored in your body. By focusing on specific eye positions, you can access and release these stored emotions, leading to significant relief and lasting change. This intensive program includes: A 3-hour initial session: During this session, we will work together to identify and process your core emotional issues. We will use Brainspotting techniques to help you release trapped emotions and access your inner resources. A 1-hour follow-up session: This session provides an opportunity to integrate your experiences and address any lingering concerns. We will continue to use Brainspotting techniques to support your ongoing healing and growth.
